Numerous awards at home and abroad prove that Christian Fischer was on the right road and has remained so to this day. The philosophy of the vintner and equestrian fan is clear: in the foreground is the production of red wines to a top international standard, whereby the efforts are to use to an optimum the available potential of the vineyards and location, with the inclusion of internationally acknowledged red wine varieties – complementary to the varieties common in the area – to create full-content, multifaceted wines with a harmonic tannin structure and maturing potential.
