Vintner Select Pinot & Pinot Sparkling Wine This was a team effort in partnership with my fellow vintners Alphart and Biegler, who contributed the Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes. The Pinot Noir grapes are from our own vineyards. Only the white filtered must, from specially selected grapes, is used for this noble sparkling wine. Of course, we use the “methode champenoise,” including 18 months storage on the yeast lees.
